										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="JUSTIFY"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Diabetul</strong> este o boala care afecteaza milioane de oameni din intreaga lume. Cazurile necontrolate si netratate de diabet pot provoca orbire, insuficienta renala, boli de inima si alte afectiuni grave. Inainte de diagnosticarea diabetului, exista o perioada in care nivelul de zahar din sange este ridicat, dar nu suficient de mare pentru a fi diagnosticat ca diabet. Aceasta faza este cunoscuta sub numele de prediabet. Din fericire, trecerea de la prediabet la diabet poate fi evitata. Mai jos, vor fi prezentate cateva moduri de prevenire a diabetului:</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> <strong>1.  Eliminarea zaharului si a carbohidratilor din dieta</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Consumarea alimentelor zaharoase si a carbohidratilor poate pune in pericol persoanele predispuse la diabet. Alimentele se vor descompune rapid in molecule mici de zahar, care vor fi absorbite in fluxul sanguin al persoanei. Cresterea rezultata a zaharului din sange stimuleaza pancreasul sa produca insulina, un hormon cu rol important in procesul de digestie si in metabolismul glucidelor. </span></span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">2.  Efectuarea unor activitati fizice</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Activitatile fizice efectuate intr-un mod regulat pot ajuta la prevenirea diabetului. Exercitiile fizice cresc sensibilitatea la insulina a celulelor. Asadar, atunci cand oamenii fac sport, este necesara mai putina insulina pentru a mentine nivelul glicemiei sub control.</span></span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">3.  Consumul de apa</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Apa este cea mai naturala bautura pe care oamenii o pot bea. De asemenea, consumul de apa ajuta la evitarea bauturilor cu un continut ridicat de zahar, cu conservanti si alte ingrediente nocive.</span></span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">4.  Renuntarea la fumat</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Fumatul cauzeaza sau contribuie la multe afectiuni grave de sanatate, inclusiv boli de inima, cancer la plamani sau la san. Cercetatorii au declarat ca, desi multi dintre barbati au castigat in greutate dupa ce au renuntat, dupa cativa ani fara fumat riscul de diabet a fost mai mic decat daca ar fi continuat sa fumeze.</span></span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">5.  Optimizarea nivelului de vitamina D</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Vitamina D este importanta pentru controlul zaharului din sange. Majoritatea organizatiilor medicale recomanda mentinerea unui nivel sanguin de vitamina D de cel putin 30 ng/ml (75 nmol/l).</span></span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">6.  Consumul de cafea si ceai</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Desi apa ar trebui sa fie bautura principala, cercetarile sugereaza ca includerea cafelei sau a ceaiului in dieta oamenilor ii poate ajuta sa evite diabetul.</span></span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY"><strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">7.  Pierderea in greutate pentru persoanele obeze</span></span></span></strong></p>
